Information you submit
When you use a contact, quote or artwork-upload form, JNA Signs may receive information such as your name, company, email address, phone number, project details and files you choose to upload.
How it is used
Submitted information is used to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, review artwork, fulfill projects, provide customer service and maintain business records related to those activities.
File uploads
Artwork files submitted through the included website uploader are stored on the website server using randomized filenames. The notification email includes time-limited download links so authorized JNA personnel can retrieve the files. Files should be removed from the web server when they are no longer needed for the project.
Sharing
JNA Signs does not need to sell personal information to operate these website forms. Information may be shared with service providers when reasonably necessary to host the website, deliver email, produce an order, ship an order or support a customer request.
Security
No internet transmission or storage system is guaranteed to be completely secure. Do not upload sensitive personal, financial, medical or confidential information that is not needed for the project.
